- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any deceptive activity.
- Attempting to access or steal another user's account credentials.
- Operating games using software bots, scripts, or any automated means.
- Attempting to circumvent or breach the platform's security measures.
- Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
For any of the above violations, 4050 reserves the right to close the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Deposit-Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the 4050 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and other approved local options.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set and may change from time to time.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
- After claiming a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- In cases of suspicious transactions, 4050 may place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same method.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy

Users may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be available for withdrawal, unless the balance has been seized due to fraud.
